eBay seller can sue in anti-copyright claim

If you resell licensed software on eBay or elsewhere, are you violating copyright laws?

This EBAYer has argued that the owner of a copyrighted product can resell that product without permission, and that the court should protect his rights to resell AutoCAD software. So far, the court has agreed with him.

i recently had a package seized by us customs. then i recieved a letter from johnson and phram saying i need to pay 15,000.00 or i will be sued. please help. what do i do? i only have 5 more days before the 10 days are up that they give me to respond.

Ask for a extension. Call them, email them, or send them a letter for extension.
