I understand where your coming from but hints won't get the job done. Only thorough advice and support will get the job done and this type of advice and support can only be obtained by Modee. You have to spend some to make a lot. There's plenty of advice and support concerning ebay and paypal on this forum.

I am sure it would be good for business if we all see that you do know more than we do about feedback removal techniques. This would verify your abilities to all members and possibly generate even more customers to your tech-support.

Just a hopeful suggestion.
His rates are well worth it. Can you give me a free hand out?

Is there any way to stop a buyer from leaving any feedback whatsoever before any negative is left or do you just let them do whatever any possibly trying to get any bad feedback taken off. I have had 100% positive feedback and this one buyer says they are not happy and want a refund. Well the items were described just fine and i stated no refunds. But i just am curious how to go about erasing negative feedback without it getting ugly.

Hi, I'm Richard, I'm an eBay user from the UK, I have been using eBay for over 8 years now, and have managed to maintain a 100% positive feedback, until now...

A buyer from the US purchased a watch from me last Saturday (6th Mar), he immediately sent me a message stating that he had paid instantly and would appreciate the same with respect to me shipping the item, fair enough, so I sent a reply telling him it would go out first thing Monday, and he only need check my feedback (960) to see that I always send goods quickly. I then get another message on Monday saying that I'd said I'd send it today, and is there a tracking number, again fair enough so I dug out the receipt and sent him the tracking number, I then get this message "The tracking number you provided does not register on the United States Postal system. In other words it is a number that I cannot track!!!" Bear in mind this a relatively cheap item (£15) with postage at near to cost price, for registered post, I never said anything about tracking. So I send a reply explaining that it is only basic tracking as shipping with full tracking is too expensive for such a low cost item, and that it does actually register on the USPS site (I tried myself), and he would find more info if he tracked it on the Royal Mail site. I also asked if there was any reason why he seemed to be panicking so much, and this is where the problems started, he went nuts! He really didn't like me saying that he was panicking. I knew the neg was coming from what he'd said, and foolishly I didn't pander to him but instead lost my temper and replied telling him what I thought, so now I've got the neg, this is the comment that he left on my fb..

"for asking questinons (after purchase) I received 2 negative emails. DONT BUY!!"

I guess I can't argue with his last email being negative, but the one before certainly wasn't.

I have contacted eBay and they say they wont remove it. So whats my chances of getting it removed? As mentioned his item was sent in a timely manner etc, he has left this neg before he's even received it.

Well you have to be very polite and respectful to your customers because they make your business. You have to sort of kiss their butts sometime eventhough you wish you can slap them. It's what you have to do in order to keep a sale and get positive feedback.

Well more than likely Modee will be able to help you get that negative feedback removed. Contact him via PM to inquire about his tech support service.
