Yes, of course the accounts are created correctly. All information is completely untraceable to any account you've had in the past. You'll be selling in no time. Obviously I can't guarantee they won't get shut down, because there are way too many factors that will decide the outcome.
Also, if your own accounts weren't shut down to begin with, you wouldn't be buying one  Between these accounts and Modee's personalized one on one tech support, it's almost impossible to not be successful on eBay!
