Default Tried to reason with EBAY when suspended - now I am permanently suspended

I have gotten suspended a few times on eBay. early last year, I sold some game. However, my carrier had a problem and around 20% of my packages never made it. I was banned for low DSR.

Fast-forward to today, I write to customer support using their form. I receive an e-mail saying:

After careful review we've decided it's in the best interest of all
involved for us to part ways, and will be unable to reinstate your
account. This decision was not made lightly, and was made out of
concern for the safety and well-being of the eBay community.

We wish you the best of luck in all your future endeavors.

eBay Safe Harbor Appeals Team
So I am banned for life. A simple macro response and that's it.

Probably the biggest mistake you made was trying to reason with Ebay. Often the worst thing you can do when suspended is jump through their hoops. In most cases, this results in certain permanent suspension.

Well I am opening new paypal and new ebay at work. Just bothers me off that I won't be able to sell from my previous websites.
