Ebay Tracking via listing Tool..?

If I have multiple accounts and use an external listing program for all of them, will Ebay link these accounts and when one of them get blocked, will the others be blocked too? Does anybody has experience with it or know a listing software that does not link multiple accounts?

All those auction listing tools use cookies that will link you, unless you are very careful to eliminate their tracking cookies (tokens) and use a separate listing program/account for each eBay. The Short List gets into some detail about all this.
