If the limitation is related to supplying a U.S. social security number, then there is only ONE way to bypass the request, and I have that method for the U.S. Supplying documents in that situation will solve nothing, because they are not interested in any docs just in a social security number. So do not waste your time with docs without understanding WHY you have been limited:

When you are limited in the United States and asked for a social security number, or limited in for example, Europe and asked for identity documents, they want to verify your identity through a database, and no docs alone will address that situation. If you were to supply docs, and yes - these docs matched up with a database for a real person, then certainly, that would work, but when it comes to identity verification limitations, in most countries the documents are secondary to the database verification they run.
