Possible to open an online "credit card" ATM based bank account for use with PayPal?

Hi, i made a thread here... and for some reason my account got banned. Why? I purchased the Ebaystealth and I'm here for more help...

Anyways I hope it doesn't happen again. My problem is that my Paypal got suspended and I want to make another Paypal account so that I can sell again.

So is there some sort of ATM account that I can make so that I can make another Paypal? I like to take my money out right away because I don't want paypal to hold on to it. I live in Canada by the way. Please help, Thanks

The answers to most of your questions are here in Modeeworld forum. To create a proper, solid PayPal account, you need a real bank account. There are companies that purport to offer credit card based bank accounts, which I think is what you are talking about, but you will find that they do not actually offer anything. Rather, they just request a fee to give you a guide to creating such an account. In that guide, you will find little other than a list of companies that supposedly open online credit card based bank accounts.

I have not heard of anyone who has paid the fee for such a guide and actually been able to open such an account. If anyone has done so, please let us know.

Are there any services that will give me an ATM card so that I can take out money? I want to withdraw my money asap from Paypal after I've sold something. Too risky to leave it in there. Are there any banks that will allow me to open a fast account without giving them too much info.

You can just get a PayPal debit card and pull the money straight out of PP. But...how to get a debit card when the PP account may not be in your own name or address - that is a subject for which you will need tech support and should not be discussed in public.

Before I sign up for tech support. I need to know if I can even get a Paypal debit card. It says that members need a US Account. I'm from Canada... does that matter? You know what? I'll just give you the list they have on Paypal:

* Have a U.S. PayPal account
* Have been a PayPal member for at least 60 days
* Registered a credit card where the monthly statement is sent to a physical street address (not a P.O. box)
* Are Verified (completed PayPal's Verification process)
* Have upgraded to a Premier or Business account
* Are an active PayPal member in good standing, as determined by our Account Review Department

Let me go down the list.

- I'm not from US
- So I have to wait 60 days??
- Credit Card? I can't use my own credit card anymore.
- Verified?? If I'm verified that would mean I have a bank account linked right?? Which would mean that I would get a debit card from that bank already. Why do I need this Paypal Debit Card?

I know you don't want to give to much info here.. but I need to know if Paypal Debit Card is the right option for me before I ask your help on how to get one. Please go through that list and see if you can help me on this. Thanks

All PayPal members worldwide may obtain a PayPal debit card. If you are asking, may I create a PP account in the U.S. if I am in Canada, that is a tech support issue, but yes - it can be done for some (not all) Canadians.

You missed a couple of my questions. Do I need to verify my Paypal account with a bank account?? If I do then that means the bank will give me a debit card.. then why do I need a Paypal debit card.... Nowif I don't need a bank account then how do I verify my Paypal to apply for a Paypal Debit Card?

Also, do I have to wait 60 days?

How much is your tech support by the way?

The questions you are asking make me wonder if you have ever opened a PayPal account, or used one with EBAY. I think you need the Modee Short List which is the 120 page (updated and lengthened almost daily) guide to creating untraceable/unlinkable EBAY + PP accounts. This is the foundation for my most popular tech support subject.

Of course I've opened a Paypal account before.. otherwise why am I asking for ways to take out money? The questions I asked in my last post are related to the Paypal Debit Card.

And again you didn't answer my questions in my last post. I thought I can get help here in this forum..... Instead I feel like I'm being forced to pay for Tech Support.

I don't even know if I can apply for a Paypal Debit Card, so I am not going to pay for Tech Support to help me apply for one. I live in Canada, and from what I've read.. only US accounts are allowed to apply for Paypal Debit Card.

So again if you can answer these simple questions for me, I will gladly pay for tech support to get myself a paypal debit.

- How can Canadians get the Paypal Debit Card when it clearly states that only US members can apply for it on the website.

- Do I need a bank account to verify my account first? If yes, then I don't see the point of the Paypal Debit Card since the bank is going to give me a debit card anyways.

- If I even qualify... Do I have to wait 60 days?? Thats what it says on the website.

I mean if you can't give me answers to those questions then I don't see why I should pay for Tech Support. Do any problems ever get solved on this forum? Or does everyone eventually need to pay you for Tech Support because they can't find the answers here?
