I received below email from amazon saying that my account in onhold, because problem confirming payment info.

Previously I had ordered from amazon several items. worth less than USD600. I bought it using my own account on amazon using my credit card, but different shipping address. My billing is based in Jakarta , Indonesia where i live, and shipping is to my name as well in th US, where I will stay for few days.

I have faxed amazon the requested info, copy statement, etc, numerous times for a few days. But they keep sending emails that there is no fax received, hence account is still on hold
