Hi Modee.. I came across your site via Google search.

I have purchased an expenses laptop on Amazon.com, only to get an email syaing that my profile is blocked and my item cannot be shipped.
The email instructs me to send a bank statements to a fax number...

Now I have sent this fax, 20 times over.

I still keep getting this email, and also another version thereof saying that I must "log into your account and upload the requested docuemnts via the secure document portal".... however, when I try to log in to do this, I get an message saying that I cannot access y account as it is blocked, and no other options to upload anything...

I have had numerous call with Amazon, some over an hour long, but they cannot sort it out?

What am I to do?
