I had ordered some items from a chinese website and back in Jan I ordered some P90X and Insanity and all were seized by customs. I never received any of the items but now I received a letter from Johnson & Pham asking for $15,000 and threatening to sue me. Can they do this? I never did receive the items and the guy said they were legit? I didnt know. Help

hello modee , I need help paypal is asking for proof of my invoices and suppliers of items that are selling of my own I should them registrations in my name sent them pictures to prove I had the items i sold and thy keep asking for more. I have a good amount of money in there that i need to pay some bills. but they let me keep selling on e-bay and collecting money into the paypal account. thanks shart

Hi, i have been doing tons of research after being screwed by paypal and ebay continuously. I have partnered with a good friend of mine who has created a paypal and ebay account with only his information and nothing tied to me what so ever. I have a company set up as a c corporation. Can i start off selling slowly and avoid paypal limiting me? I have a new laptop and a different ip address to go along with my friends supplied ebay/paypal account. I would love to see the short list in order to make sure i do everything right and keep myself from being limited. I also have my own merchant account which i use for credit card processing. I hope i can use paypal safely. any more tips you could give me would be great. I hear too many long term ebay sellers getting limited without warning or reason.
