I need advice..a buyer from Germany won an ebay auction of mine by BUY IT NOW. She said item was ****, got papers to verify this, never sent item(s) back to me in USA and PAYPAL gave her a full refund. how can she not ship item back to me and get a refund via paypal..is this legal? She also left Negative feedback..Ebay removed it, but she replied to it and left another nasty NEG. comment PLEASE reply..my email= rnhib@att.net

I was searching online about Johnson and Pham and I came across your website. My situation is same as burkey03. I bought the product on chinese website, hoping that they were real. Anyways I order 40 insanity and all were seized by customs. The letter I got from the firm said they seized 70 insanity, which is wrong because I only order 40 quantity. I never received any of the items but now I received a letter from Johnson & Pham asking for $15,000 and threatening to sue me. The mail was not register or certified. I could really use some advise. Hello Modee, I was reading around and found that your view points are both valid and makes sense, i was recommended by Jojokinkaid. I have been on ebay from 2004 and I recently (nov 2009) started trading on ebay again. I was immediately suspended on ebay and limited on payal and asked to produce all sorts of personal information. I refused and had to wait 6 moths to get the money paypal was hold. I was wondering if this is legal as they now claim to be a bank and i have never had this problem with my bank.

Anyway I opened new ebay accounts and paypal accounts and they were also closed down. I have noticed that its after making around £700 where ebay and paypal choose to through obstacles in the way but not before they take any money you owe them.

I need some help because i could keep opening new accounts but ebay and paypal is frustrating and is not for the seller any more and i would like any help that you could give.

Hi Modee I got my paypal account limited, ive had this account for over 6 years, use it at first but did not use it for a couple years, i started using it about 10 months ago, got 0 chargebacks, and not they limited my account and put a rolling reserve on it,

they are asking me for
