I'll second that. I've followed Modee's advice for years. If it wasn't for his first tech support session years ago, I'd be out of business! He really opened my eyes.

I have done 2 tech support sessions with Modee. I will be doing another 1-2 at least. His experience is evident in both the manner in which the information is presented and in the professional and courteous way he walks you through your individual problem. Very meticulous.
