I'll second that. I've followed Modee's advice for years. If it wasn't for his first tech support session years ago, I'd be out of business! He really opened my eyes.

I have done 2 tech support sessions with Modee. I will be doing another 1-2 at least. His experience is evident in both the manner in which the information is presented and in the professional and courteous way he walks you through your individual problem. Very meticulous. I can not speak high enough for him.

Hello Modee,am newbie from ASIAN,my Paypal account is limited after i sent $300 and $200 from my Account (cash from balance and my credit card)with content below and please let me know what can i do now ? and will receiver's Paypal account limited too ?:

Ok i fed up with this paypal LIMITATION CRAP. Im willing to pay for your tech support, i want advice on how to open a paypal account from scratch & howto keep it open properly. Please help me modee.
