So I am going back to eBay after being banned from it a few years ago. Now I am going to run a business and here's my approach.
I am using all of my girlfriends information, name, address, etc. Now of course I will be reporting my taxes as every citizen should do so I opened up a corporation so I can have a tax ID and made my girlfriend the VP. I will then be opening up a business account under her name since she is the VP of the company. will I be able to pass with flying colors? The way I see it is everything is in her name, and the tax requirements will be filed through the company where we are both owners.
Let me know if I am missing anything or if I could get some pointers.
