A recent client of mine listed non-medical face masks for sale on eBay. Ebay pulled two out of three of the listings. He was donating all proceeds from the sales to healthcare charity. He complained, and received this response, indicating that eBay's official policy does not allow any masks to be sold.
I advised the client to just ignore eBay, and his one listing that was not pulled, remained up and has remained up for two months. He continues to sell masks under that one listing, and of course if you look on eBay, hundreds of others are selling non-medical masks too.
Just the way eBay often is - the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing.
