Hi, i tried managed payment on a stealth account and they asked a bank statment i sent it to them (i changed the name on the bank statment to match with the name on Ebay), now they say :

Hello xxxxxx, We couldn't verify the identity information you provided. But if everything looks good, you'll need to upload a photo ID instead so we can verify you.

You must do this to get fully set up for managed payments.
