Hey Modee. I am looking to get an ebay account and paypal with no 21 day holds. Is this possible to purchase one or create one? Either way how would I go about getting one and the cost? Tech support or short list?
Also is there any way to find out all of the accounts I have had over the years and linked accounts? Thanks for your help.
