    Hi, Modee!

    I have been locked out of my amazon prime account of 10 years and I don't know why!
    The dreaded address-verification@amazon.com

    Here is the email they sent after which my account was locked:

    Hello,

    After a review of your details, we have determined it necessary to close your Amazon.com account. Any pending orders have been canceled.

    We may not reply to further emails about this issue.

    Furthermore, they sent an email requesting my billing details. I provided them that, and I have not gotten a response. I've tried multiple emails, calling, and chatting. They are pretty much stonewalling me and not explaining the reason for this lock or ban.

    The only thing I have done which may be unusual is use gift cards for the majority of my purchases. They are all legitimate gift cards I purchase from grocery stores.
    I've created new accounts and they all get closed after I try to place an order, with the same stonewalling afterwards.
    Please help me recover my account! (I also have ~$500 in gift card balance on my account)
