Hi Modee, you have helped me with an issue in the past so thought I would reach out to you. Just had an issue pop up with an old paypal account I have been using for awhile. I need to add a new bank account since the old one is closed but I have not tried to do anything with it except use it to sell for the past few months. Have been building up some money in the account and been meaning to add a new bank account. Received an email last night from payapl request for additional information. When I attempted to do that once it did not work, says I have one more attempt. Just wondering best way to do this. I may have to get a new cell number to use also. I'm not sure how tricky the verify personal info part is but thought I better get your advice like I did in the past. Hope you can help.
