Hello. I'm the one who posted on your forum about Amazon accounts being locked. This has been happening for weeks and it's still not unlocked. It's all because of a gift card violation and I have no idea how it was wrong since I paid for it and also properly validated at the cashier when I bought it at the store. I'm still locked and did everything in my power to get it unlocked.
What else do I have to do? All it is saying that I need more information which frustrates me even more.
