I joined this forum just to PM you. I need help with a buyer account I set up (actually had this happen to two diff accounts) on Amazon. I am getting the "account is temporarily on hold" issue.

I've contacted them via phone and email and both times they said they weren't able to verify a payment method. I made sure to use the correct billing address, but not sure if name mattered here. To be clear, I am using VCC for a stealth buying account. I'm not sure how to correctly make Amazon buying accounts. I've used fresh details (fresh IP, device, address)
