Hide your IP, proxy, none of those will work. Those will get you busted in and of themselves. Only dial up may be okay.

Dial up is discussed throughout this tracking forum.

Dial up works just like that - you dial up an access number with a modem, and connect to the internet. As long as the phone line is clear and without static, doesn't matter whether you are dialing the number from next door or two thousand miles away.

You just have to do your own research to find a dial up provider that will work for you. Some dial up providers provide a regional IP address that correlates to the approximate area of the phone number dialed, and others give a range of IP addresses to anyone using their system, no matter which particular dial in number you pick of theirs. To get into more detail and specifics, I recommend tech support.
