    )

    This site allows you to register for free, and then submit the information of any customer who did a chargeback on you, or some kind of unethical return. Once in this database, any member will be able to view the bad customer's data, and the customer will have to make things right with you to get out of the database.

    It is free to register and submit data. Do it, NOW!

    Obviously this business model didn't work
    FTC: BadCustomer.com was $275 million ripoff. Site shuttered, multimillion dollar con alleged

    What is interesting is that badcustomer.com was a shell for the owner's real business, which was luring people into paying for information about obtaining free government grants. But apparently all BadCustomer.com was doing was obtaining credit card information from people, and then charging them regularly without providing any service. The owner of the company was arrested in June 2011, for mail fraud.

    The intriguingly named BadCustomer.com ostensibly was established to protect merchants from consumers who abused the charge-back process by seeking credits for products that they had in their possession yet claimed not to have received.

    What is more interesting is that I know of a MERCHANT who was being contacted by badcustomer.com back in 2010 on behalf of a consumer who didn't want to pay his credit card bill. That makes no sense - supposedly badcustomer.com was on the SIDE of the merchants AGAINST the "bad" buyers who were refusing to pay their credit card bills through chargebacks.

    It's quite a tangled web actually, and for details click on the above link, but suffice it to say that the company created business for itself when customers disputed the credit card charges for the worthless or nonexistent information they had paid for about supposed government grants. So then, not only were people taken advantage of - paying for worthless or no information - but they were subsequently strong armed into paying their bills by being threatened with inclusion into the badcustomer.com database.

    Actually, I think the owner probably came up with badcustomer.com only to help him collect from all the people he had already bilked and who were doing charge backs on his primary company.
