If someone were to buy an established eBay acct with selling limits over 100/$5,000, doesn't that higher limit only apply to the category that acct had a history of selling in? In other words....if someone bought an established acct that had a high selling limit with a history of selling clothing and they decided to start selling electronics, wouldn't eBay consider them a new seller in the electronics category and start them with a 50/$3,000 limit?
