Pre 11/07 eBay account concerns - switching them over to use them in a new area

I have some pre 11/07 accounts that were created in NY. When I log into them, I know I need to update the phone number & email.

Should I change the address info also, or will this raise flags.

My intention with these accounts, is to get merchant account approved by eBay and to use CartManager for processing my orders. No PayPal!

There is a process to do this right. It depends partly on where the accounts were created, and partly on how much of the data you have access to, how far away you are from where they were created, and other factors.

In some cases you might want to change almost nothing until later.

These accounts are VERY valuable so I would suggest tech support to do it right on each one.
