eBay user stealing my pics & descriptions - what to do?

Hi,

I would like your help on how to get an eBay member down as he's stealing all my hard spent work (working on Gallery pictures and item descriptions)
Also, every good item I source he copies which is absurd!!
I thought of bombarding him with negatives as I do know that few of the items he sells are ****

Can anyone give me an idea?

You could buy from him, stealthily, and then NEG him as best you could, using multiple accounts. Be careful not to get linked between any of these accounts or most especially, back to any of yours!

It's hard nowadays to get eBay's attention, or even contact them, except via phone. You'll have to try that. There are other more extreme measures we could undertake, via tech support, but try those first see how it goes.

I was even thinking of addressing multiple users here to purchase from him and then on my cue leaving negatives
