Will my family's ebay accounts get suspended due to my suspension?

EBAY has gotten a little better about the suspending of family members' accounts, but I emphasize the word "little."

The suspension notices that you used to get two years ago or so, would specifically state that "you and your family members" were barred from using EBAY in any way. I suppose some reasonable people (or lawyers) showed the EBAY T&S nazis the error of their ways, and more recent notices do not make this outrageous assertion.

In my house there were three of us with separate, good-standing eBay accounts. When my account was suspended, the other two went as well.

One of the accounts, belonging to a sibling, was reopened and is still open, but they do not sell anything whatsoever.
The other one, which was my dad's, is still closed after a year. He sold things on occasion.
