Whenever I do any print job I google different printers online. There are a couple I have used you can PM me for the names, but really your best bet is to use a search engine and compare prices.
If the job is complex, you will probably want it done locally and not off the internet. Office Depot and Staples offer most printing type jobs, although their prices will be higher than online printers. I'm not sure there is much advantage to OD/Staples (because such places do not do the printing in house) versus online places but local places that do nothing but printing, and print right there in the facility, are what you need for complex jobs.
It used to be you went first to a pre-press place to develop your proofs, and then to a printer, but nowadays a lot of printers do the whole job themselves. Also with the advent of computers and software, a lot of people can do the pre press work themselves.
