What kind of criminal liability is there for some of the crimes we see on a daily basis on eBay and such? Anything from counterfeits, to shill bidding, to anything we might see happen. Obviously there's far too much going on for everybody to be caught, but what's the difference between the guys who get in serious trouble and the many we see allowed to continue?
