  • Can you please help me? I stumbled upon this website through googling. My account was locked because i tried to shipped my order in my home country philippines. They want me to provide all the receipts of the Gift Card that I've used.. I already sent them my receipt which i bought from g2a. but i don't think it would be enough and they would want the receipts of my seller.. What should i do? Thanks

      • Hello. I have the same issues. They want me to provide receipt to all the gift card that i have used.. I already provided them one that i bought from g2a.. but i think they wanted the receipt of my seller.. can you please help me regarding this?

      • I tried to place order on both amazon.com and amazon.uk using my USA card. I got email to send statement, which i did, they replied saying not enough info and wanted me to reupload however i was no more able to log into my amazon to upload it again. After i emailed them, they said i need to get my bank to fax it to them. Help please.

      • Hi Modee I have been locked out of my account now for 16 days and i am going round in circles. I have been asked to fax my details in for my cards and i have 34 times from 6 different fax companys 2 from the US. The account specialists are saying there not receiving them i no they are and my telephone number as been passed on from customer support to account specialists 10 times and no one as telephoned me. My amazon account is on amazon.com and i live in the Uk i have over $15,000 worth of books on amazon i cannot do anything. My business will all but be ruined if i cannot sort this out. I keep getting messages asking me to login to my account to upload my details through the portal but i cant cos am locked out no one is helping me or willing to help from amazon. If you could help me i would really aprreciate it am really really stressed at the moment.

        • Hello please help I have the same issue, however my child place all my wish list items in the cart and used his friends dad's pre paid card to order stuff he is now banned from useinf Alexa but I'm still lock out pleas help
