    I just got the email also. I have no credit cards attached to my account and never have. I had 100$ worth of gift balance on the site. I bought two items for 50 which delivered just fine. I tried to order two other items for the remaining 50$ and the system had me waiting for 26hours untill I got this email now. My 50$ balance is held by them. Hopefully you can help me sort this out, PMd @Modee

    I am having the same issue on my amazon account and they are asking me to fax my receipts and I have given them all the info they need but they are to reopen my account because my account is locked and I can’t access it and the order I made can not be shipped
