Hi , I need help. I have sent the fax that include the picture and receipt of the gift card then the account specialist respond it and the email they sent is still the same. I have gift card in my account please i need your help what i need to do?

Please send the receipt, or an email from the sender, to back up the purchase of all the Amazon Gift Cards used to place the order 111-8653986-xxxxxxx to our secure fax line. Make sure this document shows your name, phone number, and email address. If you did not buy the gift card, we request you to get in touch with the original purchaser to provide the gift card receipt or any other proof of purchase.

I am also stuck with this issue. I have been trying to Bank regularly but they deny to do such process nor I have access to any Fax. Please help me to sort this out.
